Early in April once the snow has melted look in the woods for the Spring Beauty. It is a small delicate flower with white petals that have pink stripes on them. The leaves are long and narrow. Spring Beauties have a wonderful sweet scent when the sun shines on them. This is one of our native spring flowers.
